We purchased 3 Arlo Go Cameras. The Arlo app is easy to get around once you work with it. Plans for Arlo need to be purchased through Arlo.com. Once this was all done it’s been great. We were already set up with Verizon. I would highly recommend buying the camera through Verizon as they are set up ready to go. I had some questions about the 3 month free trial & the monthly plan rates & Arlo support was very helpful with little to no wait time. The video feed is awesome. We couldn’t be happier.

Connectivity issues

Would not connect. I purchased for a camping trip to keep an eye on our belongings and dog, could not get it to connect no matter what. Will be returning as soon as I am back in town

1. Requires compatible device and wireless service plan. Additional restrictions and data charges may apply. Coverage and service dependent on carrier.
2. MicroSD card required, sold separately.
3. Arlo Secure includes cloud recordings of video clips at 2K or lower resolution for 30 days. Renewal of an Arlo Secure subscription is required to maintain Arlo Secure features, including cloud storage.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Best: cellular, Verizon coverage area, long back up battery, indoor/outdoor, images, easy app and controls. can’t hack as not on WiFi. Can’t hack by turning power off. Great product with Verizon great coverage

Camera didn’t work

Bought this camera was the only one the store had didn’t have it but an hr an it would not work the store refunded me my money but didn’t remove the line from my plan now I have to wait a month to be refunded my money.

App is low quality along with the functions of the camera

I just bought this camera as a second one for a remote property across the country. The first one worked so well, I wanted a second one. The solar panel keeps the camera charged, I have had no issues with a dead battery. Verizon has been great to work with through their chat feature.

Not only do you have to pay monthly with your carrier, but NOW arlo decided to get greedy and force you to pay them monthly also. No longer can you access your videos remotely from the SD card. No no. They took that ability AWAY from us so we have to buy into their cloud service. My arlo is now in the trash where it belongs. There are plenty of other LTE based cameras available. Do yourself a huge favor, DO NOT BUY ARLO!!
